I have been passionate about hospitality since probably the third grade when I was that kid selling my special recipe cookies at Mom's garage sale. In high school, I started working in restaurants and continued on for many years in various positions. Owning a restaurant was something that was a dream that I thought would never happen.
The past 13 years of my career have been in the Hotels and theme parks of Orlando and now Nashville. My standards are high and delivery genuine.
I have learned through my experiences of working for other companies what traits I would like to use and what traits to avoid. I treat my employees with respect and encourage them to have fun while offering professional service. Thus, creating happy staff that truly smile.
Since having to go gluten free myself in 2011, I have explored food more in depth to understand many different dietary preferences and restrictions for all people. I understand the challenge and I am thrilled when we can offer exciting choices to otherwise restrictive menus outside the home.
We were just getting started with the food truck in Central Florida when we decided to move to Tennessee. We plan on rocking central Tennessee for many years!
